Made from our left over fabric this basket is a feel good purchase. It can be used to store things like makeup, brushes, clips etc. or it can be used as a cover on a planter. It is made using left over fabric of our organic cotton hand block printed kitchen and dining linens.
Funny Story: We named this basket Topi. Topi means 'hat' in Hindi. For fun and to make us laugh, our artisans were wearing this basket on their heads and referring it to as "topi", so what better name to call it than that! What's work if it isn't any fun, right?!
Aiming for zero waste, the fabric is cut without any waste, and so no two would be the same. Block printed using carved wooden blocks. Hand dyed in natural dyes using upcycled organic cotton.
